Why Search Funds?
The saying that SMEs are the backbone of the German economy has been ringing in my ears all my life. For the last 10 years or so, the SME sector has also been facing a succession problem, which means that the successors are the bottleneck and not the companies to be continued.
In my view, Search Funds offer the ideal opportunity to sustainably lead an existing success story into the next generation.
Why did you choose TEMBO SEARCH PARTNERS and what do you hope to gain from it?
In my view, success can be achieved when challenges are mastered together by each partner contributing their strengths.
Working with TEMBO offers me the opportunity for constructive dialogue during the search and value enhancement phase. By pursuing the same long-term goals, I attach great value to this exchange. I can concentrate 100% on the search, as TEMBO takes care of the administrative tasks, among other things. It is also particularly important for me to be able to offer the seller a high degree of transaction security thanks to TEMBO’s extensive M&A experience. In the value enhancement phase it is similar, as I can concentrate on the operational management of the acquired company and, for example, a large part of the investor communication is handled by TEMBO.
What is your vision for Pamoja?
I would like to find an exciting company in an attractive market environment and develop it further with new impetus. As a successor entrepreneur, I will fully contribute my personality and expertise and work together with the existing employees to shape a new chapter in a medium-sized company. My aim is to secure and successfully continue a life’s work.

He not only brings extensive expertise in the investment business, but also more than 15 years of outstanding operational experience in global companies, investment companies and medium-sized investments.
